| 1. What is the referral program? |

When you refer new event hosts to theBoxOfficeisOpen.com, you'll receive a commission on all their sales for a year. It's our way of saying "thank you" for recommending us. |
| 2. How does it work? |

Give your business associates your Referral ID
(supplied by us).
When they sign up, they'll enter it on the new account page. That way, we'll be able to track all their sales back to your referral. |
| 3. How much will I earn? |

We pay out 35% of all Service fees received from the referred party, commencing on the referred party's first Service fee payment to us, for one year. |
| 4. When do I get paid? |
| |
Payments are made to you via PayPal, within 15 days of the end of each month. |
